Bogdan Chmielewski |
An accomplished mobile technology expert, Bogdan is responsible for Sweet Caesar's technology development. Bogdan's love of computers began at age seven on a VIC-20, since then he has developed a keen interest in creating software solutions that make business sense. Prior to joining Sweet Caesar he worked at Research in Motion in Strategic Alliances and at SOMA Networks where he launched an advanced technology wireless device roadmap. At SOMA he also successfully established technology partnerships and managed quality engineering and development groups. Prior to SOMA he worked as a software team lead in wireless debugging tools at Texas Instruments. Bogdan holds an MBA from the University of Toronto and a BASc in Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo. |

Clyde Wagner |
Clyde is responsible for managing Sweet Caesar's administration, financial and market development. Clyde's experience includes general manager, LuminaTO, the Toronto Festival for Arts, Culture and Creativity including the launch of the Festival in 2007. Clyde was associate creative director for eLUXURY.com, the largest luxury website on the web owned and launched by LVMH (Moet Hennesy Louis Vuitton). Clyde also worked as a project manager and creative associate for Livent Inc. in New York. Clyde has an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, a BAH from Queen's University and studied film at NYU. |

Sandy Pearl |
Sandy is responsible for Sweet Caesar's creative design output. An award-winning producer, Sandy's career credits include work as writer, producer and executive producer for film, television, shopping and entertainment web sites and a number of on-demand services. Sandy was the Creative Director for eLUXURY.com and she was Executive Producer for Time Warner's ground-breaking interactive Full Service Network. She spearheaded the program development and production of an on-demand upscale home shopping channel. Included among her many honors are an Emmy Award, The Robert Cumming Award, MovieGuide Awards (Best Movie 2004), two Council of Churches Awards for documentaries that she wrote and produced, a Gold Medal from the International Film & Television Festival and a Bronze Award from the New York Festival for an entertainment web site. Sandy is a graduate of the University of Toronto. She received her Masters of Arts from Christie's, New York. In addition, she attended McGill University and the Banff School of Fine Arts. |

Yaeko Tong |
Yaeko oversees strategic development and marketing activities of Sweet Caesar. Having spent over seven years in online new ventures and the smart card industry, Yaeko has successfully helped launch startups and enjoys working in fast-paced technology industries. Prior to Sweet Caesar, Yaeko was Director, Marketing at mDialog.com, an online video platform provider, where she helped develop a business plan to close a $3 million dollar financing and effectively launched the site. At aeromove.ca, a joint venture between Brookfield Asset Management Group and Aeroplan, she helped develop and close a multi-million dollar business plan and business requirement document as one of six core members in a dynamic startup environment. Additionally she was a project manager to re-launch Royal LePage eStore. Before moving into online new ventures, she worked in the smart card industry, specializing in card personalization and wireless gateway commerce solutions. Yaeko earned a B.ASc., Aerospace Engineering from the University of Toronto and holds an M.B.A. from the University of Toronto. |
