Though creating business-sound, eye-caching apps is not rocket science,
it helps to have an actual rocket scientist behind it.
After obtaining an undergraduate degree in aerospace engineering
(BA Sc., University of Toronto) and an MBA (U of T),
Yaeko Tong first plunged into several different positions at other companies where she became a whiz at helping new tech ventures take off.
In 2008, she joined Bogdan Chmielewski (they met in business school, sat on opposite sides of the classroom and never talked) at Sweet Caesar.
Along with managing Sweet Caesar's business functions, Tong leads the client services team,
overseeing the delivery of mobile apps for an impressive list of clients.
Tong couldn't be more tickled pink about where she finds herself each morning.
It may not be rocket science, but Yaeko is prepared in case it ever has to be.

Bogdan Chmielewski could speak in code before he could speak English.
After teaching himself programming at age eight,
Chmielewski later went on to obtain a BA Sc. (University of Waterloo,
Computer Engineering) and an MBA (University of Toronto).
Chmielewski next cut his teeth by fostering strategic alliances at Research in Motion,
launching an advanced technology wireless device roadmap at SOMA Networks and leading a software team for wireless debugging tools at Texas Instruments.
As Chief Technologist, Chmielewski also makes it a point to learn about other fields,
acting on his theory that although programs need to be elegant and designed with a passion and a craft,
ultimately these programs serve a human purpose.
Chmielewski's team at Sweet Caesar therefore makes sure its varied offering of ingredients results in an app that's so suited to your style your customers will be both dazzled and delighted.
